Kate McLean
Kate is passionate about empowering young people to maximize their full potential and the pursuit of innovation. She is a contributing member of the team building the ASVAB Career Exploration Program, a career planning resource engaging high school students in understanding their potential and executing a post-secondary plan.
She develops and executes strategies to inspire young people to explore themselves, the world of work, and their options. She has a background in communication with over 10 years of experience in the marketing industry.
Dr. Bayer has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of industrial/organizational psychology, with specific expertise in research and analysis, testing and measurement, program evaluation, occupational analysis.
She has experience with career development and exploration, training, performance management, job analysis and classification, organizational analysis, focus group facilitation, and survey design.
